Suffield Country Club is the proud home of PGA Pro, Stan McLennan. Stan starts his 36th year at Suffield Country Club in 2024. In addition to providing the highest standards in club professionalism, Stan is the 2012 Connecticut Section PGA Professional of the Year. Stan was awarded the Connecticut Section Merchandiser of the Year in 2005. Stan is a past champion of the Connecticut Section PGA Professional Championship. He played in the 1993 Greater Hartford Open. In 2017, Stan was awarded the 2017 President’s Award for Charity Work on behalf of the CT Section PGA. He is also a Board Member of the Connecticut PGA Section Foundation Board is an a significant fundraiser for the Foundation with his annual golf marathon which started some 15 years ago. He also started the Suffield Country Club Scholarship Foundation and the marathon supports both foundations.

Suffield Country Club features a “Full Service” Golf Pro Shop including a fine selection of Golf equipment and apparel. Stan is a certified PING, and Titleist Custom Fitting representative. He stocks all major brands and is very price competitive. Accessories include Sun Mountain push carts, all the top line golf balls, and a great selection of putters including Scotty Cameron, Ping and Odyssey Tour putters. He takes trade-ins on all club purchases.
