The first leg of Championship Month kicked off with the 2024 Senior Club Championship. The event was played over two days with great weather. Day 1 saw Matt Ide take the lead with a beautiful round of 77. Ron Lowe and Gary Tasillo were two strokes back after day 1 each posting a score of 79. Both Ide and Tasillo were tied for the net with a score of 67. Day 2 saw conditions change with a little more heat and humidity. Ron Lowe played a very steady round in the heat and firm and fast conditions posting a day 2 round of 75 over taking Matt Ide on the front nine of day two to claim the championship (79-75). Gary Tasillo played another very steady round of 83 to capture the net championship 67-71. Both will be recognized at the Fall Banquet.
