The 2023 Championship Season got underway with the playing of the Senior Club Championship. This was a two day event played July 29 & 30 under hot and humid conditions. There were two age divisions 50 to 59 and 60 and over. Day 1 saw two players break par. Jon Shea posted a round of 70 shooting 32-38. Chris Rupp was second after day one with a 71 (36-35). These two battled it out on Sunday both shooting 75. The match came down to the last hole where Jon Shea claimed the title. Chris Rupp was the Net Champ in the 60 and over division. Will Morris Claimed the Gross title in the 50-59 Category while Peter Hill Claimed the Net title.
