The Signature Event of the season did not disappoint when it comes to compelling golf. The event played over three days of extreme heat and humidity was a survival test. Flight Champions were Justin Eisenhaure & Eric Soderman, Brad Lucido & David Watson, Bob Mills & Steve Sullivan, and John & Kevin O’Brien. The four flight winner then played in a shootout to determine the Montgomery Ahrens Overall Champion. The playoff went three holes with David Watson making a 30 foot left to right breaking putt to seal the championship.
